Beach Cottage

The land for this cottage was first purchased in 1913 and built in 1914. Keeping to the true essence
of Hermosa Beach, the little yellow cottage was redone while keeping to the original features as
much as possible. Cozy bedrooms, Jack and Jill bathroom, new outdoor shower, and firepit
brings it up to date. The front yard has a secret garden tea tree illuminated by hanging lanterns
that hover over the dining area to create an ambiance that is romantic as the ocean breezes
pass through the dancing leaves of the tree’s canopy. A true retreat.
