Manhattan Sanctuary

When the developer approached Susanne after seeing her work they decided to work together. She had an immediate vision that the home should sing with simplicity and style. The architect, Michael Lee was very deliberate to achieve ticks on all of the boxes to include a lift off the garage to quickly bring the owners to the top of the home and be greeted by the beautiful ocean views. The project utilized glass tiles, grass and shell wallpapers, natural fibers, and warm walnut woods to achieve an uncomplicated organic feel.
